Modern Warfare 3 for Xbox 360 leaked

Despite Activision's best efforts, the game has now been leaked for PC and Xbox 360, a week before launch.
Earlier this week we reported that one disc of the two-disc PC game was stolen from a factory in California and leaked to the web.

Today, the Xbox 360 version has been leaked, as well, 6 days before the game's official retail launch.

The NFO of the leak, Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 XGD3 0800 REGION FREE-P2P says:

Region Free
Stealth patched
Ixtreme Compatible [LT+2.0 required]
XGD3 0800
SSV2

Remember you risk the chance of being permanently banned, or worse, if you download and play this version.

no once your console gets a thing called a "flag" it sends info to microshaft the next time it connects to the net that may eventually get you banned from xbox live. people are able to play on live for a little while till being banned some have been using it on live without any kind of ban.

M$ have been flagging consoles ever since releasing AP25 games/fable3, Assasins Creed BH, Halo Reach, NFSHP, CODBO, CODMW2. Those are the 6 AP25 games that if not patched properly will get you flagged. Also, depending what FW you have, may or may not flag you.
current FW doesn't protect you from being flagged
They haven't banned ever since Aug. 2009.

c4eva says that you won't get banned from an AP25 flag since those can occur from scratched or dirty discs. Even if he's right, AP25 flags prevent your from moving your saved data and profile over to another console. Quite annoying when I have 4 systems in the house.

its legal to mod your box, its illegal if you play burnt games

Actually no its not "illegal" if you have the original since you are intitled to "Fair Use" and can make copies for your own use. The legal definition of 'Piracy' is "Reproduction for making available to sell for profit". The bitch ass lawyers and all their paperwork and the media love to scare people though. Know your stuff and you can send them packing
