Nintendo NX to launch in March 2017

Nintendo has announced today that their upcoming NX console will launch in March 2017.
The company gave little more details but they did also announce that the highly-anticipated Legend of Zelda open-world title will launch simultaneously with the NX, tacking on at least a six-month delay for the game, which had been expected for the Wii U.

While many had hoped to see the console launched at E3 this year, but that is not happening. There is still likely to be a lot more revealed this June at the event, however.

This one better have a super great graphics card. The pussy Wii only had 128MB while the PS3 and Xbox360 had 256MB and 512MB.

But nintendo is being stupid as well.

No family friendly titles needs to happen

and you need real developers making real games

and the wii u hasn't been out long so people will be very unhappy with a new console this early

Well, the 360 had a shared pool of 512MB, so the GPU could use more than 256MB, but only so long as game/OS data was small enough...so the GPU couldn't actually use 512MB, but more like up to around 300-350MB.
