Ukranian man arrested and charged with copyright infringement for running KAT

So THATS why the site is down.....

No problem, theres plenty of other sites to use. Not only tgat, 1 gets taken down, 2 takes its place. The BS Government cannot ever win. There are a hell of a lot smarter people out there than the FBI tech people. They want to continue pouring resources into an impossible to win battle, have fun.

Shame......twas among the best Torrent sites in recent days.

No biggie; KAT had a lot of visitors but; like TPB; it had been surpassed by other better sites long ago. I do feel bad for the guy...torrent files are not copywrited material and it is always sickening when someone gets arrested for hosting them, but it changes nothing in terms of piracy. After all, the biggest pirate around right now is the US government.
