DVDBackup v1.3

DVDBackup is intended to let you exercise your "fair use" rights under copyright law to either "time-shift" or "space-shift" DVD content which you may have purchased legitimately.

An example of time-shifting would be to temporarily store the data from a DVD you rented so as to watch it at a later time after you have returned the disc (and avoided late fees!).

An example of space-shifting would be to copy one or more DVD discs to your laptop hard drive so as to watch them while on a long airplane flight. A final usage of DVDBackup would be to allow you to modify or excerpt sections of DVD video and audio to create your own movies.

This program is similar to DVD Extractor but is Cocoa-based and runs under MacOS X.

On 1st of January, 2006, a new copyright legislation came into force in Finland that made it illegal to distribute tools that allow circumvention of technical copy protections. The legislation was approved by Finnish parliament and was based on European Union Copyright Directive, a law that each EU member state has to implement to their national legislations.

Man , This Software STINKS......... Its A Simple Port Of DecVob etc.... The Author Was So lame He Tried To Threaten Others To Devulge Their Code So He Could Be 'KING OF THE HILL ' again.... IF the Vob you are trying to crack is too small the app cant crack it ... this equal USELESS. Simply Put , Don't bother with this rubbish , go and use YadeX or MacTheRipper ,,,, far better and built by REAL coders. TIMMY666
