Digital Media Renderer

A Digital Media Renderer (DMR) is a DLNA device, classed as a Home Network Device.

These devices can source content from other DLNA devices, in particular a Digital Media Controller. These could be anything from televisions, audio/video receivers, video displays, remote speakers and so forth.

If such a device carries a DLNA-Certified logo, then it should be compatible with other DLNA devices.
