2:2:3:2:3 Pulldown

2:2:3:2:3 Pulldown is a Pulldown pattern used to play 25fps Progressive video at 29.97fps. This can be used to convert PAL video to NTSC without altering playback speed. For applications like DVD the video will still need to be encoded at a legal NTSC Resolution. This only works with progressive sources.

You can find more information plus a download for DGPulldown on Donald Graft's website. Although Pulldown flags are supported in AVC video, there are no consumer tools currently available for adding them.
