3:3 Pulldown

Despite the name, 3:3 Pulldown is actually a marketing term that refers to a TV's capability of displaying each frame of 24fps video 3 times due to a refresh rate (the number of times the screen is drawn) of 72Hz. It's not a Pulldown pattern added to encoded video, although such a pattern could be used.
