Chromaticity

Chromaticity is the hue and saturation of a particular color (red, green, or blue). When separate is the color difference information in a YUV signal. It's essentially all the red and blue information with no brightness (luma) included. Since the human eye primarily perceives the color green as luma, no green Chroma is required).
