An MPEG-1 video stream file. The video stream has been demuxed from the complete transport stream and should be stripped of any audio. It can then be muxed with audio and subtitles, etc back to a complete transport stream.

I have recently used a DVD to MPEG converter program called "Max DVD to MPEG" 2w hich produces excellent video results when converting non-encrypted region 4 DVDs. (example: my parents' overseas holiday home video) Sadly, there is no audio, the .ifo file shows the duration of the feature plus it shows audio as AC3 and it saves as .m1v (yet media player 10 can play the video)True MPEG audio in .ifo files WILL however convert and mix the audio and video and save the final file as .MPEG With the .m1v is there any way to correct this? Am I missing vital encoders? Do I need a different prog?
Any suggestions on how to correct the above would be appreciated thanku. :o)
