Nero Digital AVC

Nero Digital AVC is an MPEG-4 AVC (Advanced Video Coding) specification that's part of Nero's standalone DVD player certification program. Like the standard Nero Digital program it includes a number of profiles which offer specific features. Nero Digital AVC files all use AVC video and AAC audio, and are stored in MPEG-4's official container - MP4.

Although Nero ReCode and NeroVision both include presets that ensure compliance with Nero Digital AVC profiles, being a standards compliant format it's possible to create them with other AVC/AAC encoders and muxers.
