A .tme1 file is a TSUNAMI MPEG Media Editor Project File. TSUNAMI MPEG Media Editor was created by TMPG Inc. and it allows you to easily edit MPEG files (supports HD content). To load this file simply click Open Existing Project in the Start window or click Option --> Open a Project.

Please remember to successfully load a saved project, all of the files included in the project (MPEG-1 or MPEG-2 video etc) must be in the exact same directories as they were when the file was saved. Therefore, if you got this file alone from a P2P network or something similar, it is most likely useless to you.
