BlindWrite

BlindWrite, created by VSO, is a software program that writes to CD-R. Using special proprietary BlindWrite software, which succeeded Blindread, users can burn discs that perhaps had errors on them caused by hardware issues. The software "blinds" errors and continues copying, rather than quitting and giving an error code.

The software creates a BWS sub code, a BWT control file and a BWI file, which is the actual image file.

A BWI can be burnt using wither BlindWrite or mounted with Daemon Tools.

Blindwrite is however, first and foremost, a proprietary disk image creating and burning software.
