Digital Media Controller

A Digital Media Controller (DMC) is a DLNA device, classed as a Home Network Device.

These devices search for content on other DLNA-Certified Digital Media Servers (DMS) and can feed it to Digital Media Renderers (DMR).

A Digital Media Controller can include a tablet PC, a Wi-Fi enabled digital camera or a PDA, for example.

Always check for the DLNA-certified logo on such a device.
